Enquiry Form

When a Cafcass court reporter is requested, the entire report is done by just one person and that single person is responsible for your childrens future.  and that person cannot be redressed in any way shape or form,

  • They become Judge and Jury, their actions are akin to the witchfinder general of several hundred years ago.
  • How can the fate of children in families be determined by a non regulatory body,
  • they answer to no one,
  • they have no form of redress if they get it wrong, a biased reporter is bulletproof under their present scheme
  • there is no one to check their progress except to correct type errors.

And they are labelled and accepted in our court system as experts.  Simple changes to those points listed above would create a fairer justice system.

The bulldozing influence of some officers within social services, it is no wonder they are unappreciated.  Do they really work in the best interest of the children or have they just become so obsessed with the power they weild.  They are sadly in need of a thorough cleansing to remind them why they are doing the job they are employed to do.

Solicitors that act on instruction, irrespective of whether it is a lie, if it has been proved to be a lie then the courts should act appropriately towards that person, and action should also be taken against that solicitor, whatever happened to those good old fashioned words like "perjury".  My bill just came in at £3600, had I known then what I know now it could have been done for a fraction of the cost with a better result.

The intervention of the police, who cannot differentiate between a domestic and assault, they make an arrest for sending a text asking to see the children, yet fail to investigate an assault, however serious.  Even with hard evidence they fail to take the proper course of action leading to further frustration all round.

The courts, with their rubber stamps in hand to make all the decisions binding,

Education, headmasters /mistresses have absolute power to say whatever they want when it involves your children, once again they can claim professional immunity and answer to no one.  I have evidence that the headmaster of the local school lied to the cafcass officer, yet when approached with the subject I was met with a wall of silence.

the CSA they all play their part, in the final collapse of a family the list is endless.

All the above with their thoughtless actions help to further build the wall of hatred that exists between the 2 ex partners.

This is not the end, it is  just the beginning, it is time for change and time that people demanded the change.

Name Change.... When we started the group it was out of frustration caused by an unjust system. However, as we have progressed, we have come to realise that there is more urgent need for support to all those already affected by the family courts system, than a campaign for change. the word "campaign" suggests that we only have one aim, so with immediate effect we have changed the name to "care". it does not deter us from our original intentions, merely putting it into perspective regarding our priorities. There is a need for a change across the entire system...
