"After 2 meetings with the court reporter lasting no more than 2 hours he granted me 6 lines of a 13 page report, my sons headmaster had a complete page from a telephone conversation.  the entire CAFCASS report was based on opinion, even the barrister could not understand how he came to his final conclusion, "residence in favour of mother" opposition solicitors informed Legal services and my assistance came under review, ...dirty tactics, by what we accept as professionals...I was forced to withdraw my residency claim".

"The Headmasters input to the cafcass report was based largely on an incident that he was NOT a witness to. It was reported to him by the vindictive partner that was also NOT witness to the incident.  When confronted with the CAFCASS report he denied to the Board of Governors that he had made any statement, yet when proved otherwise he was asked to produce a simple statement to the effect that he was not witness to the event, which in turn would have discredited the CAFCASS report. Instead he chose to hide behind his professional status and refused to comment.  The Education Authorities say they are powerless to intervene." ...a conspiracy of silence...

"George was invited round to his ex wife's house on new years eve 2005, when he knocked on the door, her new partner came out of the house and George was severely beaten, including 6 punches directly to the face.  This was done in front of his own children, although the Police were on the scene within minutes and they saw the state of George, no further action could be taken, his ex wife was the only available witness"
